Position Description

The Director of Alumni Relations for the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business is responsible for the engagement of alumni and fostering/cultivation of relationships with alumni for the Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration.

Specific areas of responsibility include managing: the Dean’s communication with alumni, the alumni event calendar and programs, alumni and advisory boards, alumni participation in ranking polls, international alumni relations, the alumni database, alumni connections with current students, the referral of alumni interested in supporting the school, the online presence and other communications. The Director will be asked to support the school by facilitating alumni involvement in Development, Career Services, Rankings, and Admissions.

Minimum Related Experience Level Required 6-9 years experience
Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position

Experience in Alumni Relations, Development, Business, Communication—experience raising funds preferred though not required.
Masters degree preferred.

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
