Position Description

The University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy’s Program Evaluation and Research Unit (PERU) is seeking a Project Coordinator who directly reports to the Associate Director.

The incumbent will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and will oversee the design, implementation, and execution of funded research with a particular focus on utilizing an established framework for assessing organizational readiness to take on behavioral health innovations.

The Project Coordinator will assist in the development of program content and will provide direction for the project with insight from the Associate Director and Director. The Project Coordinator will design and establish metrics for which to measure and evaluate the success of the funded initiatives and utilize metrics to identify opportunities for improvements.

Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position

A degree in the health sciences and experience in organizational health is strongly preferred.
Strategic organizational and communication skills are essential.
