Position Description

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Doctoral Program Coordinator who will be primarily responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of various doctoral and online student recruitment and retention activities and programs, in addition to soliciting the involvement of necessary faculty, staff, and students to participate in these activities and programs.

The Doctoral Program Coordinator serves as a representative for the School of Education at various off-campus graduate and professional fairs and conferences. They assist all prospective doctoral and online students throughout the application, admissions, and enrollment processes through a variety of communication mediums.

The position requires a considerable amount of data-related reporting and as such, the incumbent will be expected to demonstrate their capacity to design and compile reports as directly related to various recruitment and retention efforts for the School of Education.

The incumbent is ultimately responsible for managing the continued growth and success of the assigned programs as primarily measured through recruitment and retention reporting.
