Position Description

This position will provide administrative support for Early Childhood Partnerships (ECP) and serve as an assistant to the Director of ECP. Tasks include the following:

- drafting and typing emails, memos, and letters
- preparing University and ECP program forms
- taking meeting minutes
- coordinating meetings and trainings
- maintaining confidential files,
- managing the distribution of supply charges to multiple projects
- maintaining the supply inventory
- printing, photocopying and laminating

Administrative support will be provided for Early Childhood Partnerships Division Director, staff, and interns.

Education Required High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Related Experience Level Required 2-3 years experience
Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position
Required Licenses/Certifications
Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
