The University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and creative team-oriented individual for a full-time, non-tenure stream faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate professor in the Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics. The faculty member will contribute to research, teaching, and patient care through innovation in pharmacoanalytics and clinical pharmacogenomics. The faculty member will be expected to develop scholarship in data analytics or machine-learning in genomics, medication use, and phenotyping through independent research and to contribute to the expanding initiatives to prove the value of precision medicine. Faculty will teach in the professional and graduate curricula within the School of Pharmacy and will contribute to the development of competency-based training programs in pharmacoanalytics and pharmacogenomics in the School. The ideal candidate would have a PharmD and PhD in translational and/or data science with experience in working with clinical and genomic data. Other qualifications and experiences will be considered. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for pharmacy licensure in Pennsylvania. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
