Position Description

An expanding health services research group is seeking a Project Manager for ongoing research projects related to critical care delivery in the United States. Primary job duties include managing the coordination of project activities, implementing and monitoring internal project procedures, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

The Project Manager will work collaboratively with faculty and research staff to coordinate the infrastructure of the research for the Program on Health Policy Management within the CRISMA Center to support funded studies within the program. The Project Manager will be responsible for the review and monitoring of IRB protocols, data management tools, study operating procedures, and regulatory materials and independently troubleshoot when needed. The incumbent will have frequent communication with other sites and stakeholders, prepare and lead project meetings, draft research presentations and annual reports, and participate in data analysis. To support these activities, the candidate is expected to have experience in the conduct of clinical research. The ideal candidate will have experience promoting the study to outside participants and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and organizational skills, versatility, and the ability to work independently and within a team to promote multiple projects and tasks simultaneously are required. Experience in research project management required. Experience with online survey administration (i.e. Qualtrics) and online project management tools (i.e. SharePoint) is preferred.
