Job Summary

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a student research assistants to provide support on various behavioral research projects. Responsibilities will include pretesting experimental materials, handling logistical requirements required for smooth lab operations, conducting background research using university research tools such as EBSCO or PsycINFO, entering and coding data, and assisting in the development of research materials.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be organized, responsible, and available to work on Fridays from 10 AM to 7 PM. Applicants must also be available a few hours on Monday-Thursday to aid in pretesting of experimental materials.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.

Hourly Pay Rate $12.00
