The University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) Career Services Office is seeking two new student-workers to begin work immediately.

- Job postings to GSPIA career services management site, GSPIA Connections
- Social media management
- Greeting and assisting students and guests
- Development of spreadsheets and charts of data as needed
- Administrative duties, such as copying, filing, answering the phone, etc.
- Assistance with special events and alumni guest speakers as needed

Job Requirements

The position requires the incumbent to work 10-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. He/she must be a Graduate School of Public and International Affairs student.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
