Position Description

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh is hiring a Grant and Publication Specialist to support functions within the Division of Health Informatics. The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of successful major grant applications, including the coordination of large multi-investigator and multi-disciplinary research proposals. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the identification and cultivation of ideas and the writing of full proposals that address the requirements of the given solicitation.

A Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, business, or health-related field required with 1-year experience with grants and related regulations is preferred.

This position is located at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC in Lawrenceville.

TB test and PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.
