Job Summary

Provide direct customer service and support to Panther Central. Serve as first point of contact to public via front counter (assist with questions, form completion, card production, etc) and telephone. Assist with administrative functions as required and/or requested. Explain policies and procedures for food service, housing and ID cards to students, parents, faculty, staff and other visitors. Responsible for monitoring and reporting problems regarding lobby area to appropriate personnel.

Job Requirements

This position requires a bachelor’s degree. PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.

Background Check For position finalists, employment with the University will require successful completion of a background check.
