Job Summary

The Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration is currently seeking a senior level professional for a temporary Marketing Communications Analyst position.
The individual must have extensive experience in writing, social media, and project management within a variety of marketing communications projects. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing all of the schools social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, developing the social media strategy, writing and scheduling all posts/tweets, creating social media ads, and ensuring a high level of overall community engagement. The Marketing Communications Analyst will play a critical role in the re-launching of the school’s website. This includes managing vendors with relation to pricing and other negotiations, and being able to work in the Drupal content management system.
It is essential that the incumbent be able to work independently, function at a high level, and interface with faculty and senior level staff with confidence.

Job Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience is required. Excellent, professional writing is necessary along with strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of the Drupal website content management system and Hoot suite social media scheduling software is highly desired. Writing samples are required.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.

Background Check For position finalists, employment with the University will require successful completion of a background check.
