Position Description

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Receptionist. The incumbent will be under the general supervision of the Administrative Directo. He/she will greet patients and visitors, answer the telephone, provide general information, and schedule appointments for clinic and health education patients.

The incumbent will assist with medical records responsibilities when assigned, including the release of medical records information, scanning files into Medicat, and entering immunization data. The incumbent will be expected to perform other general office duties when needed.

Requirements include having a High School Diploma. Experience with computers, keyboard, and good typing skills is a must. We are in need of a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal customer service skills.
