Position Description

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking an Employer Relations Coordinator who independently manages all aspects of the on-campus recruitment program, including on-campus interviews, information sessions, career fairs (the creation and maintenance), and the online recruitment application platform for employers and internal departments to increase the number of experiential, networking, and employment opportunities available to students and alumni. The Employer Relations Coordinator also advises employers on appropriate recruiting methods to increase campus visibility and identifies resources based on organizational needs and students’ career interests. The Coordinator interfaces with students, alumni, regional campuses, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate their involvement with employer relations programs and services. Additionally, the Coordinator assists with the collection of graduation outcomes and works as part of a team to optimize the career services management system powered by Handshake. The incumbent reports to the Assistant Director of Employer Relations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience in a position with comparable responsibility level.
