This position offers an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to enter the fascinating industry of book publishing.

The successful candidate will be deeply engaged with social media and other emerging forms of new media. You will present the public image and voice of the Press and stay ahead of the curve on what’s trending—all while bringing your witty, engaging, and topical copywriting talents to our book promotions. You will work closely with authors and Press staff to gain a full understanding of our wide range of award-winning books, and develop strategies and campaigns for their successful promotion through social media, newspapers, journals, other media outlets, and in Press marketing materials.

You will be responsible for writing eye-catching copy for a range of materials, including monthly e-newsletters, blog articles, press releases, sales promotions, email campaigns, book jackets, award announcements, and other promotions.
