Position Description

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Systems Analyst who is responsible for providing data management support to research administration within the Department of Pediatrics. Under the supervision of the Data Manager, the Systems Analyst is responsible for all programming aspects of data management, including developing, designing and organizing data collection instruments, data entry, and the manipulation and maintenance of various electronic databases and Excel-based systems as well as the integration and data syncing of various data-streams for Research Administration.

This position is located at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC in Lawrenceville.

TB test and PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science or relevant field desirable.
