Position Description

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Research Coordinator for the Pediatric Radiology Division within the Department of Radiology. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating research imaging protocols and recruiting and screening potential research subjects. Additional tasks include organizing HRPO and other regulatory protocols for funded research projects.

The incumbent must have a Master’s degree in social work, an R.N. in psychiatric nursing, or a relevant field, or a bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in recruiting subjects for research studies or clinical intake.

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
