Position Description

The department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology is seeking a senior-level innovative and highly motivated mass spectrometrist or liquid chromatographer to join their GPCR lab.

The successful candidate will develop and apply state-of-the-art proteomics approaches to identify, quantify, and characterize proteins and their modifications to support our GPCR-related research.

Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position

Doctoral degree in chemistry, biology, or life sciences and at least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience required. Must have experience with protein purification, protein structural analysis, and mass spectrometry. Must have experience with mass spectrometry data analysis.

The successful candidate must have experience with analytical chemistry, HPLC and mass spectrometry. Must have proven scientific leadership.
