Job Summary

The Vodovotz Laboratory in the Department of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a student worker to assist with computational data analysis. Daily responsibilities will include organizing and running various computer programs to analyze laboratory generated data sets. The student must possess strong computer, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.  

Job Requirements

Student must be familiar with MatLab, Sigma Plot, and Excel computer programs.
Experience in Statistics, Principal Component Analyis (PCA), and DyNA data analysis methods are a plus.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
