Job Summary

The Collegiate Epperson YMCA is seeking a student worker to coordinate volunteer communications with an emphasis on marketing with social media to diverse groups, online fundraising, tracking and reporting of volunteer hours,and other projects assigned.
Generates volunteer reports monthly. Assists team to coordinate volunteer orientation, development and recognition program(s).
Support general office duties. Answer phone, messages, welcome guests, copies, creating fliers and other appropriate documents.

Job Requirements

Good academic standing
Eligible for Federal Work Study.

PA State Police, Child Abuse and Residency Waiver for PA Resident 10 years or more OR FBI DHS /DOE Clearances a plus.

Ability to use typical business software and office equipment.
Understanding of the role of volunteerism within the YMCA. and its community partnerrs
Welcoming and positive attitude and commitment to serve others.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
