Job Summary

We are looking to fill positions in video production. This is an entry-level
position with on-site training and guidance. The ideal candidate is majoring in or
wants to learn more about film/video production or related fields.

Qualifications:
A successful candidate will:
• Be interested or familiar with pre- and post-production steps required to
successfully deliver a video project.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time and resources on a deadline.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and on a team
• Demonstrate the ability or willingness to learn to shoot and edit videos.
• Computer literate, possess excellent written, oral, and communications skills.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Editing with Adobe Create Cloud software (will be provided)
• Learning proper camera setups, settings and shot composition
• Learning digital video formats and media management.
• Learning various light kits (lighting for interviews/small productions)
• Audio recording and levels
• Assist on set during Interviews, seminars, events, and more
• Equipment maintenance, cleaning and storage
• General office work, as needed.

Knowledge and experience in all areas is NOT required. On the job assistance
and direction will be provided when necessary. Looking for candidates who are
open to directionand are organized and work well in a team atmosphere. Schedule
for this position is flexible and physics experience is not required.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
