The University of Pittsburgh is currently seeking an Engineering International Programs Peer Adviser.

This position requires the candidate to: advise students on study abroad options; work with our application system to keep information up-to-date; edit and update our website; handle our social media outlets; and to advise students at study abroad fairs.

Job Requirements

Must be a Swanson School of Engineering students at the University of Pittsburgh. We prefer students who have studied abroad in the past and who have 2-4 semesters left in their academic program.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.

Hourly Pay Rate $8.00

Varies during regular office hours of 8:30 to 5:00.
