Position Description

The Data Entry Specialist will perform daily admissions functions with application data including test score and personal information, Critical job skills include Microsoft Office suite, data entry, organizational skills, multi-tasking, strong written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, and a good sense of humor. The employee will assume Administrative Assistant duties during his/her absence which consists of budgetary responsibilities, accounts receivable, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Education Required High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Related Experience Level Required 1-2 years experience
Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position

High School Diploma. Advanced computer literacy with spreadsheet and database experience is necessary. Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people and at all levels. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Attention to detail. Two years’ experience in an office setting.

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
