Job Summary

The University is seeking a student employee for the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business MBA Programs Office. As an Office Assistant, you will provide office support integral to daily functioning and have the opportunity to gain valuable workplace skills. Responsibilities include: supporting various MBA Programs staff on special projects, assisting recruitment staff by preparing materials for prospective and newly admitted students, and supporting various CGS staff with day to day office functions. Other daily tasks include delivering interdepartmental mail around campus, providing support to the front desk reception area, and maintaining professional customer service to current and prospective students.

Job Requirements

MBA Programs Office student workers are required to have excellent interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. MBA Programs Office student workers must be able to multi-task, problem-solve, and take initiative.
Students will be trained to provide excellent customer service to students, professors and guests.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
