Position Description

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Academic Administrator .The incumbent will serve as administrator to graduate and undergraduate programs in the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences, Social Science Division. Will assist the Director of Graduate Studies to manage all academic activities related to graduate students, including admissions, examinations, registration, and/or advising. Will assist the Director Undergraduate Studies and will be responsible for devolving, coordinating and maintain course schedule. Will maintain accurate student records, maintain current student data base, and assist in preparation of annual reports. Will provide comparable service and back-up to other Dietrich School areas as appropriate.

Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience required. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and data entry skills are necessary.
