Position Description

This position provides Academic Administrative Support for the School and the six department’s undergraduate and graduate students.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records on current and potential undergraduate and graduate students. The candidate will also be responsible for archiving student records upon graduation using the University Image Now system. This person will be the liaison between the Office of Administration and undergraduate and graduate coordinators.
Duties for this position include: working with the undergraduate and graduate students coordinating academic programs and assisting the students.
Other duties will include: answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, mailings, website maintenance, special event coordination and general office duties.
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, as well as an attention to detail, ability to work independently, and be able to multitask.

Education Required Baccalaureate
Minimum Related Experience Level Required 1-2 years experience
Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position

Must have BA/BS degree and experience in an academic environment.

Child Protection Clearances

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
