UPMC is a national leader in health care with a deep and diverse EM faculty internationally recognized for excellence in research, teaching and clinical care . Our four sites provide tertiary and Level l trauma care to approximately 200,000 ED patients collectively each year while training residents, fellows and students. The post -cardiac arrest, toxicology and hyperbaricm medicine treatment programs are a part of our department, and we have multiple fellowships. Academic clinician, clinician-investigator or clinician-educator career opportunities exist. Salary is commensurate with experience and duties.
