Posting Summary

The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Music program seeks an Adjunct Instructor of Music Theory and Voice, to begin in the Fall of 2017. Responsibilities include:

• Provide private instruction (1/2-hour lessons) for 6-8 voice students (classical/Broadway styles) for our voice studio. Oversee weekly studio class.

• Teach one class per semester in Music Fundamentals (Fall) and Theory (Spring).

• Provide support to activities of music program (ex: fundraising concerts, university events, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Music required, with experience in voice and theory instruction.

Previous education, employment, and references will be verified.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference given to candidates able to accompany possible future university musicals.
