Academic Pediatric Radiologist

The Division of Pediatric Radiology at UPMC/University of Pittsburgh, one of the largest pediatric radiology services in the nation, is currently accepting applicants for an Academic Pediatric Radiologist for our Pediatric Interventional Radiology service. Duties for this position will consist of a mix of clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities. Applicants must be board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology and be eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. Pediatric Interventional Radiology fellowship training is also required.

The Division, based out of the new Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMA, consists of highly-skilled, fellowship-trained pediatric rediologists who provide specialized imaging, diagnostic interpretation, and offer cutting edge interventional procedures. Children’s, a 1.5 million-squre-foot facility located in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh, has consistently appeared in the U.S. News & World Report, as well as Child magazine’s pediatric hospital rankings. As one of the world’s only green pediatric hospitals, Children’s features private rooms, a dramatic healing garden, and research tower. In addition to services at CHildren’s, Division faculty also cover the neonates at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMS, and provide general radiology srvices at CHildren’s north, east and south ambulatory care centers.
